- A. Shipping typically takes 3-5 days w/in the continental U.S. International shipping varies depending on location, please contact us for exact rates.
- Q. What is your return policy?
- A. Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason you are not satisfied you can return merchandise in its original, unused condition, and we will credit or refund your purchase. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
- Q. Is there any additional information about the t-shirt sizes?
- A. T-shirts are true to their size. There is minimal shrinkage if any after washing. Wash in cold, dryer is ok. Womens tees run small. Refer to size chart.
- Q. Does Nite Owl Ink sell or distribute customer email addresses?
- A. No way! Nite Owl Ink does not sell or distribute our email lists.
- Q. I want to show you how great my new t-shirt looks on me. Can I send you a photo?
- A. Eventually, yes! We will be setting up a way for you to send us a photo and we’ll try and put you up on either our website or facebook page.
- Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
- A. All of our online payments are handled safely and securely through PayPal which offer a variety of methods to pay for merchandise.
- Q. Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to buy something?
- A. No. You can check out through PayPal with or without a PayPal account.
- Q. Is the art work original?
- A. Yes! All artwork is original.
